Role Description

As Clearance Manager, you’ll oversee and optimize all customs clearance activities for import and export shipments, ensuring full compliance with Saudi Customs (ZATCA) regulations and seamless flow across our supply chain network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all customs clearance operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with ZATCA and related authorities.
• Oversee documentation accuracy (B / L, invoices, COO, etc.) and systems like FASAH, SABER, and Bayan.
• Resolve complex clearance issues and liaise with customs officials.
• Lead and mentor the clearance team for peak performance.
• Monitor costs (duties, demurrage, detention) and enhance process efficiency.
• Prepare periodic clearance performance and compliance reports.
