As

Purchasing Manager

at Faena Red Sea, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring this standard-leading procurement with precision, negotiating strategically, and ensuring every department is fully supported to deliver world-class service. Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage the hotel\'s purchasing strategy to ensure best value and quality Source, evaluate, and select suppliers, negotiating contracts and prices as necessary Manage and maintain relationships with existing suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality of goods and services Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements Collaborate with department heads to identify purchasing needs and develop specifications for goods and services Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Analyze and report on purchasing performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions Develop and manage the purchasing budget, ensuring alignment with the hotel\'s business objectives Lead and develop the purchasing team, providing guidance, training, and support as necessary Monitor inventory levels, ensuring efficiency, zero waste, and readiness for both planned and unexpected demand Collaborate with Finance on spend analysis, cost control, and budget optimization without compromising quality Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and Faena brand standards Champion sustainable and eco-conscious sourcing, elevating our commitment to environmental responsibility Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or related field Minimum 3-5 years of purchasing experience in a hospitality or related industry Proven track record of cost savings and process improvements Strong track record in premium sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation Expertise in procurement systems (Birchstreet), inventory management, and reporting Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus) Exceptional financial and analytical skills, with the ability to transform data into strategy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines Additional Information
