Responsibilities

Drafting legal documents, including contracts and legal memos, ensuring they comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Cases analysis : reviewing and analyzing legal cases to determine the most appropriate legal course of action and providing recommendations to the team on potential procedures.

Supporting the legal team : assisting in preparing legal consultations for clients and supporting in resolving disputes.

Preparing for hearings and pleadings : assisting in preparation of necessary documents for court hearings and preparing briefs and pleadings.

Legal research : conducting in-depth legal research on relevant laws and regulations and staying up-to-date with developments.

Client representation before courts and competent authorities.

Qualifications

Excellent drafting and communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong interest in developing legal knowledge.

Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.

Excellent analytical and research skills.

Proficiency in Arabic, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

High organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Demonstrated interest in learning about clients' business.
