Qiddiya Investment Company is a leading real estate company dedicated to creating world-class entertainment and leisure destinations in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals to join our team as Director - Entertainment Strategy .

As the Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our entertainment offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of groundbreaking entertainment projects and make a significant impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the Executive Director of Entertainment Strategy in developing and executing the overarching entertainment asset class strategy to achieve the portfolio and assets' ambitions, vision, and objectives.
• Oversee the design (pre-concept and concept) and early development stages of new entertainment assets to ensure alignment with Qiddiya’s entertainment offerings and financial targets.
• Lead research and delivery of new entertainment concepts to be integrated into Qiddiya’s entertainment strategy; understand value propositions, prepare high-level feasibility assessments, and develop high-level implementation roadmaps.
• Manage contracted consultants, IP licensors, and other third parties to ensure insights and recommendations align with the overall vision, objectives, and business expectations.
• Develop and lead analysis and research on entertainment asset benchmarks (theme parks, family entertainment centers, etc.) and strategic topics to support robust decision-making.
• Develop initial go-live strategies (operating model, pricing, sales and marketing, manpower planning, etc.) and support implementation across functions within Qiddiya.
• Prepare and present materials for internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, approvals, and clear presentation of design and related content.
• Establish and monitor key asset KPIs covering development, business, financial, and operational plans to evaluate processes, content, and contracted consultants effectively.
• Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
