System Admin Operations

Overview

Design, implement, maintain enterprise level server and network infrastructure (Windows, Linux). Administrate : AD, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, GP, authenticate LDAP, SAML, Kerberos.

Responsibilities

• Automate system provisioning and configuration management using SolarWinds, ManageEngine, etc.
• Monitor systems and networks performance over SolarWinds, etc.
• Harden systems and ensure compliance with Security policies, frameworks (CS, NIST, etc) audits.
• Lead incident response and Root Cause analysis for major infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with DevOps, security and software engineering teams to support CI / CD pipelines and secure deployments.
• Document architecture, configuration, standard operating procedures.
• Patch management administrator using ManageEngine, SCCM.
• Directly reporting if any incident happened and take action.
• Backup administrator for Cohesity and Qstar for Tapes technology or any relevant.
• Have knowledge about MSSQL DBs or Oracle DBs or MySQL DBs.
• Have experience at least with one of the following : VMware, Nutanix.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in system administration in enterprise environments.
