Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control processes across all projects and operations. The role involves implementing quality management systems ensuring compliance with industry standards conducting audits and leading a QA/QC team to maintain the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop implement and maintain QA/QC policies procedures and standards to ensure consistent quality across all operations and projects.
  

• Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits ensuring compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
  

• Review and approve quality plans inspection test plans (ITPs) method statements and other project documentation.
  

• Monitor material inspections testing and quality documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  

• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformities.
  

• Coordinate with project managers engineering teams and clients to address quality issues promptly.
  

• Maintain comprehensive QA/QC records and prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  

• Train and mentor QA/QC team members to enhance their technical and auditing skills.
  

• Ensure adherence to safety environmental and regulatory standards during project execution.
  

• Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the supply chain.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical) or related discipline.
  

• Certification in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor preferred).
  

• Proven experience in QA/QC management roles within specify industry e.g. construction oil & gas manufacturing.
  

• Strong knowledge of international quality standards (ISO ASME API ASTM etc.).
  

Skills Required:

• Excellent knowledge of QA/QC processes inspection methods and documentation control.
  

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  

• Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office Suite.
  

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  

• Strong communication and report-writing abilities.
  

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
