Job Description Summary

Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules securing resources allocation to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. This role will also involve support to our commercial teams elaborating project planning of future opportunities in order to ensure feasibility of our delivery commitments.

What youll do

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules including timelines milestones and resource allocation.

  • Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project completion.

  • Coordinate with project managers engineers supply chain and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and updates.

  • Identify potential project risks and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.

  • Support commercial teams with planning activities including critical path analysis risks and opportunities identification and resources allocation.

  • Ensure alignment between project execution and contractual obligations.

  • Participate in project meetings and provide input on project planning and execution.

  • Maintain project documentation and ensure all records are up to date.


What youll bring (Basic Qualifications):

  • Masters or bachelors degree in project management Engineering Business Administration or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Project Planner or in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera).
