Job Purpose Developing and implementing staffing and learning strategies, developing retention strategies, leadership and organizational development, talent planning, diversity, compensation management and delivery, performance management, workforce planning, increasing associate satisfaction and engagement. Title Human Resources Manager Key Accountabilities Work in close partnership with the company's HR team to develop effective HR policies for contractors. Plan, develop, and implement strategies for HR management and development, including recruitment, selection, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training, succession planning, motivation, culture, performance appraisal, and quality management. Monitor, measure, and report on HR issues, opportunities, development plans, and achievements within agreed formats and timescales. Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in cooperation with the company's maintenance team. Plan for employee performance appraisals; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation, and development. Plan and oversee employee training programs. Liaise with other functional heads to understand HR development needs and ensure they are informed of HR objectives and achievements. Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience. Experience in human resources management, organizational development / change management, process improvement, compensation, staffing. Skills Required Well-organized and proactive with excellent communication skills. Proven leadership skills in large organizations. Mature judgment under pressure and problem-solving abilities. Strategic thinker, open to new ideas. Ability to achieve results in a multicultural environment.
