Sales Specialist (RCM - Business Center)

Functional Responsibilities :
- Visit doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare providers to promote hospital services.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including physicians, clinics, corporations, and insurance providers.
- Promote hospital services such as diagnostic testing, specialty treatments, outpatient care, wellness programs, and telemedicine.
- Maintain and grow referral relationships with healthcare professionals to increase patient referrals.
- Work with hospital administration to tailor service offerings to meet market demand.
- Assist in organizing health camps, medical awareness programs, and community outreach events.
- Support digital and offline marketing campaigns by distributing promotional material and gathering feedback.
- Track and report referral data, visit reports, and feedback to the Business Development Manager.
- Assist in identifying new opportunities for partnerships or collaborations.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of outreach programs and patient follow-ups.
- Ensure proper branding and visibility of the hospital in the assigned area.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations to highlight hospital services.
- Negotiate service agreements and contracts with corporate and healthcare partners.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with hospital marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights for business growth.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.

Establishes appropriate processes and quality standards for NMCC, communicates the criticality, and establishes mechanisms that promote individual and team accountability to ensure complete adherence.

Develops and monitors processes and procedures that prioritize patient needs during all actions across NMCC (such as policy development / patient satisfaction programs, etc.).

Revenue Growth : Percentage increase in B2B revenue over a specific period
Client Acquisition Rate : Number of new clients acquired within a given timeframe.
Leads Conversion Rate : Percentage of leads converted into paying clients.
Job Specifications
Minimum Job Qualifications Requirement (Academic, Certifications, languages, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.3-5 years’ experience in healthcare.Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare.Seniority level
