Job Title : Section Manager of Research

Entity : Architecture and Design Arts Commission

Reports To : Director of Research and Innovation

Location : Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Job Purpose :

The Head of Research Section leads the coordination and support of the

Commission's research strategy, initiatives, and cultural content within the Research Section. This role is crucial for fostering innovation and informing decision-making in research, ensuring the delivery of high-quality research activities. The position involves managing the research team, analyzing data, generating insights, and contributing to the strategic goals of both the department and the Commission. Close alignment and collaboration with the Ministry of Cultures Research Department and relevant stakeholders are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Supervision :

Define and monitor the section's annual objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with departmental goals and addressing any deviations.
Contribute to the department's annual budget preparation and ensure all team activities operate within approved financial limits.
Develop operational plans for the section to support departmental objectives and ensure effective implementation.
Drive continuous professional development for section staff through

performance evaluation and targeted development activities.

Core Operations :

Implement approved section policies and procedures to achieve targeted outcomes.

Ensure adherence to internal cybersecurity policies and regulations.

Perform additional duties as required and assigned by the direct supervisor.

Research & Innovation :

Lead the definition and support of research initiative and project objectives, including setting goals, methodologies, and timelines.

Oversee the collection, classification, and organization of data from diverse sources, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and relevance to research projects.

Plan, execute, and supervise research activities, including interviews or

fieldwork.

Prepare comprehensive and well-structured research reports, summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with other departments and teams to seamlessly integrate research insights into product development, process improvement, and strategic planning.

Qualifications and Requirements :

Education Level : Bachelors Degree

الغرض من الوظيفة

تنسيق ودعم استراتيجية الأبحاث والمبادرات البحثية والمحتوى الثقافي داخل قسم البحوث في الهيئة، بالإضافة إلى مسؤولية المساهمة في الابتكار وصنع القرار في المبادرات البحثية لضمان أنشطة بحثية عالية الجودة. كما يدير فريق قسم البحوث، ويحلل البيانات، ويولد الرؤى، ويساهم في الأهداف الإستراتيجية للإدارة والهيئة. كما يتطلب الموائمة مع إدارة البحوث في وزارة الثقافة، وأصحاب المصحة حول أوجه التعاون.

المهام والمسؤوليات

المهام القيادية / الإشرافية

تحديد الأهداف السنوية للقسم ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والتأكد من أن الأهداف تتوافق مع أهداف الإدارة المباشرة ومتابعة تنفيذها وتصحيح الفروقات ان وجدت.

المساهمة في إعداد الميزانية السنوية للإدارة والتأكد من أن جميع الموظفين يعملون ضمن الميزانية المخصصة من خلال تحديد الأهداف والمسؤوليات المطلوبة

إعداد الخطط التشغيلية للقسم اللازمة لتحقيق أهداف الإدارة والتأكد من اتخاذ التدابير المناسبة لتنفيذ الخطة

ضمان التطوير المستمر لموظفي القسم ومتابعة تقييم الأداء والأنشطة التطويرية لضمان تحقيق الاهداف المحددة للقسم

المهام الرئيسية

تنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات القسم المعتمدة واتباع الإجراءات المحددة من أجل تحقيق أهداف القسم

الالتزام باللوائح والسياسات الداخلية المتعلقة بالأمن السيبراني

القيام بأية مهام أخرى متعلقة وفق ما تقتضيه حاجة العمل وبتكليف من الرئيس المباشر

دعم وتحديد أهداف المبادرات والمشاريع البحثية ووضع الأهداف والمنهجيات والجداول الزمنية.

جمع وتصنيف وتنظيم البيانات من مصادر مختلفة، وأفضل الممارسات ذات الصلة بمشروع البحث وضمان دقة البيانات وسلامتها.

تخطيط وتنفيذ والإشراف على البحوث والمقابلات أو أنشطة العمل الميداني كما هو مطلوب.

إعداد تقارير بحثية جيدة التنظيم وملخصات وعروض تقديمية لأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين.

التعاون مع الإدارات والفرق الأخرى لدمج الرؤى البحثية في تطوير المنتجات وتحسين العملية والتخطيط الاستراتيجي.
