• About the Role : Production Manager - Folding Cartons
• This is a pivotal position where you'll oversee all aspects of the production process in a high-paced environment. We're seeking an experienced Production Manager who can efficiently manage plant operations while ensuring quality control and cost effectiveness. You will be responsible for aligning production schedules with the company's capabilities and customer requirements, while also maintaining financial targets. The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience in the carton converting and printing / packaging industry, ideally ranging between 6 to 10 years, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, or a related field. Your expertise in plant management, particularly in GMP, SPC, and Quality Systems, will be crucial for success in this role.
