Responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Trading Business operations activities. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations, developing, and implementing new processes and procedures, and ensuring that the business operations comply with all applicable rules and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial markets. Responsibilities

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Trading Business operations team : ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. Developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve operations. Ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and regulations by staying up to date on regulatory changes. Representing the operation to regulators and other stakeholders. Serve as clients' primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, concerns, and investment needs. Stay updated on Funds Management regulatory changes and competitor activity in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Representing FundsSpot at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and market positioning. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field. 5+ years of experience in operations of fund management, investment banking, or private equity. Strong verbal and written skills. Benefits
