We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting insurance products to existing clients and acquiring new customers. This role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring full compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell insurance products to existing and prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Attend regular meetings and implement agreed-upon sales strategies.

• Participate in company-approved training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Address customer inquiries, handle complaints professionally, and ensure timely resolution.

• Achieve and exceed personal annual sales targets.

• Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, Insurance Authority regulations, and the Council of Health Insurance guidelines.

• Present insurance products clearly and effectively to clients.

• Perform other duties related to the role as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

• Knowledge of insurance industry regulations is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
