Overview
As a Senior Project Manager at Knight Frank, you will oversee and execute projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for our clients. Your responsibilities include managing project timelines, daily activities, budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional project management expertise, and a proven track record of driving successful outcomes in a consultancy environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and assist the project team in all project management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project reporting and record-keeping.
- Lead construction, scheduling, commercial, procurement, risk, health and safety management activities.
- Manage procurement activities including prequalification, tendering, and evaluation.
- Prepare tender evaluation reports.
- Lead contract management and scope management.
- Track material and equipment orders and delivery status.
- Review progress billings and support commercial management in reporting.
- Compile tender documents.
- Develop and update risk registers, project execution, and management plans.
- Review change orders alongside project commercial management.
- Manage project documentation, including uploading and controlling documents.
- Handle close-out documentation and O&M manuals.
- Participate in QA / QC procedures.
- Maintain project logs, issue client reports, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure accurate meeting minutes are recorded.
- Collaborate with clients, design teams, and contractors to optimize solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal, numerical, and report-writing skills.
- Work flexibly and meet deadlines.
- Experience in project procurement and alternative routes.
- Manage pre-contract scope, including tendering, design management, and value engineering.
- Administer contracts with project stakeholders.
- Manage post-contract scope, including progress tracking, contract administration, site inspections, procurement, testing, and reporting.
Skills and Qualifications
8 to 12 years of experience working in the Middle East; experience in KSA is a plus.BSc in Construction, Project Management, or related field.MCIOB or PMP certification is advantageous.Experience in pre- and post-contract phases for commercial office fit-out projects.Proficiency in MS Project for developing and updating schedules.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Leadership and team management abilities.Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.Hands-on approach is essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
