Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of quality and patient safety initiatives in alignment with CBAHI standards
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting of quality indicators
- Participate in internal audits, risk assessments, and performance improvement projects
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to promote a culture of safety and excellence
- Maintain documentation and contribute to accreditation readiness
- Provide training and awareness sessions on quality tools and standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field (required)Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) – mandatoryPrevious experience in a hospital or medical complex setting is preferredStrong interest and commitment to full-time workStrong communication skills in both Arabic and EnglishAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksFamiliarity with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office and data management toolsHow to Apply :
