Quality Specialist

الوصف الوظيفيBachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field (required) Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) – mandatory Previous experience in a hospital or medical complex setting is preferred Strong interest and commitment to full-time work Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Familiarity with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools Entry level Full-time Quality Assurance Hospitals and Health Care
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of quality and patient safety initiatives in alignment with CBAHI standards
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting of quality indicators
- Participate in internal audits, risk assessments, and performance improvement projects
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to promote a culture of safety and excellence
- Maintain documentation and contribute to accreditation readiness
- Provide training and awareness sessions on quality tools and standards
