Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to drive business growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales and account management, with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT, networking, and cybersecurity markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Manage the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, while meeting revenue targets.

Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design and deliver client-specific solutions.

Present Monafes Tech’s offerings to potential clients and develop customized sales strategies.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in IT sales or account management.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity solutions.

Experience with vendors like Cisco, Aruba, Huawei, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

A self-driven and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a team environment.

A bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
