HVAC / Plumbing Inspector

Job Description

• Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems, equipment, and installations to ensure compliance with Aramco standards and industry regulations.
• Monitor quality control throughout installation, operation, and maintenance processes, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure timely submission of project-related paperwork.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and vendors to address quality concerns, troubleshoot problems, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and Aramco specifications.
• Promote safety awareness and ensuring all HVAC-related work complies with relevant safety regulations and quality assurance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or 2-year Industrial/Tech college Diploma. Certifications in HVAC systems and quality control (, SMACNA, NFPA, ASHRAE) preferred.
• Minimum 4-8 years of hands-on experience in HVAC quality control, preferably with Aramco approval standards.
• Demonstrated thorough knowledge of applicable international standards (Uniform Plumbing Code, AWWA C-950, NFPA 13, etc.
• Proficiency in HVAC system inspection, quality control monitoring, compliance with industry standards, and strong documentation skills.
