رئيس حسابات المدفوعات هو دور حيوي في إدارة الشؤون المالية للشركات، يتطلب هذا المنصب مهارات تنظيمية قوية وقدرة على التعامل مع الأرقام بدقة. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن إدارة جميع العمليات المتعلقة بحسابات المدفوعات، وضمان دقة البيانات المالية، وتحسين العمليات المالية. كما سيتعاون مع الفرق المختلفة داخل الشركة لضمان التوافق مع السياسات المالية والإجراءات المعمول بها.

Responsibilities :

  • إدارة جميع عمليات حسابات المدفوعات، بما في ذلك الفواتير والمدفوعات.
  • ضمان دقة البيانات المالية والتقارير الشهرية.
  • تطوير وتحسين العمليات المالية لتقليل الأخطاء وزيادة الكفاءة.
  • التعاون مع الفرق الأخرى لضمان التوافق مع السياسات المالية.
  • إجراء مراجعات دورية للمدفوعات لضمان الامتثال للمعايير المالية.
  • تقديم الدعم المالي للإدارة العليا عند الحاجة.
  • تدريب وتوجيه فريق حسابات المدفوعات.
  • التعامل مع استفسارات الموردين والعملاء المتعلقة بالمدفوعات.
  • إعداد تقارير مالية دقيقة في الوقت المحدد.
  • تطبيق أفضل الممارسات في إدارة المدفوعات.

Preferred Candidate :

  • خبرة سابقة في إدارة حسابات المدفوعات
  • مهارات تنظيمية وتحليلية قوية.
  • قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
  • إجادة استخدام برامج المحاسبة المالية.
  • قدرة على قيادة فريق وتحفيزه.
  • فهم عميق للمعايير المالية والمحاسبية.
  • التكيف مع التغيرات السريعة في بيئة العمل.
