Stafford Lawrence Ltd Middle East Recruitment team are seeking to recruit an MRICS Associate Director of Cost or Associate Director of Quantity Surveying for a permanent vacancy in the Middle East with a world-class Construction Consultancy for their offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in the Middle East . This is a new role for a well-known award-winning Consultancy who have offices around the world and is opening new offices in Saudi Arabia . We are seeking someone with previous experience in Saudi Arabia . It would also be an advantage to have Business Development, as well as team management and project experience. We are seeking Building experience for this position rather than Infrastructure , so you will have a mix of Commercial, mixed-use and Residential projects. Requirements- MRICS Chartered Associate Director Vacancy Middle East

Above all, this job vacancy requires an MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor, so you must have MRICS or FRICS Quantity Surveying route.

• Stafford Lawrence Middle East Recruitment is recruiting for director-level candidates for this senior-level position . So , you should have experience working with a Construction Cost Consultancy in A Director or Associate Director position . The role will be based in (KSA) Riyadh Saudi Arabia in the Middle East . This is a new role for a well-known consultancy.
• Candidates must have Associate Director level experience with a Consultancy organisation . We cannot consider candidates with a Main Contractor background for these roles.
• Previous Middle East experience is required for this role.
• Chartered status, MRICS Chartered Status . Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors - Quantity Surveying . Please do not apply for this role if you do not have MRICS Chartered Status.
• A degree qualification in a Construction-related subject such as Quantity Surveying , Commercial Management or Civil Engineering .
• 15-20 Years of experience is required for this senior-level role as well as previous Middle East experience, some of this in Saudi Arabia.
• Our client will consider candidates with slightly less than 15 years of experience, but you must meet all the other requirements and have previous experience in Saudi Arabia.
• We are specifically looking for experience in building projects, Mixed-Use, Commercial, Hotels, Villas, Entertainment venues, OR Stadiums.
• In addition, you will have very strong Pre Contract Cost Estimating and Cost Planning Experience . Ideally , we are searching for someone with pre and post-contract experience, but candidates MUST have pre-contract.
• The ideal candidate will have a mix of project experience , in addition, to some business development and team management experience.

Salary & Benefits for this job vacancy in Saudi Arabia

An excellent total package salary is available for this Associate Director Cost Saudi Arabia Middle East job vacancy. The salary banding for our client is 55-65,000 SAR per month total package . Our client can be slightly negotiable for the right person.
