Job Title : Production Equipment Assembler – Automotive Industry

Location : Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Experience Required : Minimum 5 years in machinery installation, automotive manufacturing, or industrial equipment assembly

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional with strong technical expertise in assembling and installing car production equipment. The role involves setting up and commissioning machinery on the factory floor to automate tasks across the automotive manufacturing process, ensuring seamless integration and high production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and commission machinery such as conveyor belts, stamping presses, CNC machines, industrial robots, jig welders, and specialized assembly stations.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure proper sequencing and integration of equipment for stamping, welding, painting, and final assembly.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance.
  • Calibrate machines and verify functionality for high-precision operations.
  • Assist in developing layouts and workflows for efficient production lines.
  • Provide technical support during testing, trial runs, and production start-up phases.
  • Document installation, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance reports.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in automotive manufacturing or industrial equipment assembly.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, robotics, and CNC machinery.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and industrial best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field preferred.
