Franchise Director

for a rapidly expanding premium automotive passenger car brand in Saudi Arabia. This role represents a significant leadership challenge for an individual with demonstrable experience in strategic and operational management within a high-volume sales environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full operational oversight of a major national automotive business, currently delivering sales volumes in excess of 10,000 new vehicles annually, in addition to pre-owned and fleet / corporate sales.

This position entails the management of nearly 1,000 colleagues, with several direct reports. Accordingly, we seek a candidate with substantial experience managing a sizeable dealer network of no fewer than four or five premium brand dealerships. The individual must possess a deep and current understanding of both wholesale (retail) and OEM structures and bring with them an impeccable track record of performance across multiple commercial channels including retail, fleet, leasing, and corporate sales.

Only candidates with direct experience of the brand will be considered. In addition, the successful applicant will demonstrate a refined leadership style, robust financial acumen, and the physical and mental resilience to thrive in a demanding commercial environment.
