الوصف الوظيفيHigh school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Marketing is a plus Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and target-driven Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools) Valid driver’s license (if travel is required)
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell the company’s products or services to customers
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Keep records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve offerings
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management
