Responsibilities
Discuss the route plan and customer list (grocery stores) for the day's tours with the supervisor.
Load the products into the truck.
Follow the route and visit customers.
During the visit, he checks for missing items from the grocery store and records them on the handheld device.
Unloads the products to the store and records the number of items sold.
Convince the customers to purchase more items.
Collect the cash and follow up on payments for the customers.
Makes 20-25 visits per day.
Completes tours with a minimum of 18 invoices.
Qualifications
Experience : 1-2 years.
Industry : FMCG preferred.
Know how : Using handheld devices, following up with clints, collection of cash and invoices.
Skills : Good communication skills, building relationships, persuasion skills.
