Soon to be one of the region’s foremost luxury beachside destinations, The Red Sea will comprise idyllic natural islands and lagoons across 200 km of coastline along the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh. The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, an 18‑hole golf course and more. The destination will rely on renewable energy, sustainable practices and hard‑wired conservation zones, and will feature approximately 149 rooms and suites, six restaurants and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space, a full‑service spa, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas and two separate beaches for families and adults.

As part of the dynamic pre‑opening team, you will be a key contributor to our beverage program, crafting memorable experiences through expertly prepared drinks and engaging service across our signature outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including classic cocktails, original creations, and non‑alcoholic options.
Engage with guests to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times.
Ensure consistency in presentation, quality, and taste of all drinks served.
Support and guide junior bar staff in upholding Four Seasons standards.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate orders to maintain stock and control costs.
Collaborate with culinary and service teams to create seasonal pairings and signature experiences.
Adhere to hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Knowledge & Skills

2–3 years of bartending or mixology experience in luxury hospitality or upscale dining environments.

Passion for beverage craftsmanship and strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and current mixology trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest‑focused mindset.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.

Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation.

Certification in mixology or beverage service is a plus.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Fluency in English is required. Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
