Senior Manager - Transaction Services

The Company

Reach International is working with this Global Accountancy firm to appoint a Transaction Services Senior Manager to its Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Office. This is a high growth team, offering exceptional career progression.

The Role

• Leading and executing a number of key projects as a vital member of the leadership team
• Developing and executing transaction strategies alongside the client services team
• Building new and lasting relationships through marketing efforts and business development
• Working alongside key client decision makers on their transaction execution strategies to secure deal value
• Focusing on practice development as well as developing team members

The Candidate

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or IT. An MBA would be preferable
• Significant M&A Management consulting and Corporate Finance experience
• Experience in business optimisations, integrations, divestitures and/or Carve-Outs with strong analytical skills
• At least 8 years of relevant experience and currently at Senior Manager level in a global accountancy firm
• Candidates who can demonstrate that they are ready to step up to Senior Manager level may also be considered
• Strong man-management experience and business development skills
