Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 8+ years of experience as a Procurement Quality Engineer or Supervisor in Civil and MEP Works
• 4+ years of direct experience supervising vendor inspection activities within the scope of building construction projects, utilities, and infrastructure
• Knowledge of compliance with the laws and regulations in force in Saudi Arabia
