Must-Have : 8+ years of experience in contact center or CRM technology platforms within banking & financial services Skilled in conducting fit-gap analysis, UAT / IAT planning and execution, and data migration & reconciliation In-depth knowledge of banking operations, Stakeholder & user training Proven experience in managing and optimizing contact center platforms (Genesys, IVR, chatbots, CRM) Hands-on experience with leading application selection, system evaluation, solution implementation, testing, and ensuring compliance with SAMA regulations Nice to Have : Bachelor’s in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or any other relevant field.
