Key Responsibilities :

A Guest Relation Agent is responsible for providing excellent service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests visiting the organization. This role involves welcoming guests, addressing their needs or concerns, and serving as the main point of contact to enhance their overall experience. This position is vital for maintaining the organization's reputation and fostering long-term relationships with visitors.

Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.

Address guest inquiries, issues, or requests promptly and efficiently.

Provide detailed information about the organization's services or offerings.

Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill guest needs and ensure a seamless experience.

Monitor and respond to guest feedback to continually improve service quality.

Maintain an organized and accurate record of guest interactions and issues.

Assist with guest arrangements, including directions, appointments, or special requests.

Qualifications and Experience :

Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role, preferably in a non-hospitality setting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is advantageous).

Problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools or similar software.

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is an advantage.

Professional demeanor with the ability to multitask under pressure.
