Public Relations Specialist – Full-Time (Riyadh)

Job Description

We are looking for a Public Relations Specialist (Tamheer Trainee) to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for communications and a background in public relations, preferably within the technology or service industries (not product-based). This opportunity is offered under the Tamheer Program by HRDF for Saudi nationals seeking professional on-the-job experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute PR strategies that enhance the company’s image and reputation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and key stakeholders.
Create engaging press releases, articles, and communication materials.
Manage and respond to media inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Support company events, conferences, and initiatives to increase visibility.
Monitor and report on PR performance, media coverage, and brand perception.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.

Eligible for the Tamheer Program through HRDF.

Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.

Strong media relations and networking skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
