Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer tolead the design, development, and improvement of mechanical systems and machinery. You will prepare detailed designs, perform calculations, support manufacturing, and drive innovation based on engineering best practices and customer feedback.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed calculations and technical drawings for proposed machines
• Develop and finalize mechanical designs using CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
• Analyze factors such as tolerances, dimensions, and structural strength
• Upgrade or modify existing machines based on feedback and data analysis
• Support manufacturing during the building and installation processes to ensure design accuracy
• Build prototypes, conduct testing, and modify designs to meet safety, performance, and efficiency standards
• Research competitor products and suggest product enhancements
• Calculate and document cost estimates for product designs (materials, labor, overhead)
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and quality
• Provide regular project updates during team meetings and to leadership

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineeringor a related field.

Experience : 5 to 8 years of hands-on mechanical engineering and design experience

Languages : Professional in English
