Mechanical Engineer (Saudi National)

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems for various projects in the region. Responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and equipment using CAD software and engineering principles Analyze and interpret data to improve mechanical system performance and efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new mechanical designs and modifications Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues in existing systems Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for mechanical equipment Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to team members Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and industry trends in mechanical engineering Qualifications

Saudi National is Manatory Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory) Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with significant exposure to infrastructure and construction projects Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in infrastructure and construction settings Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines In-depth understanding of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASME, ISO) Proficiency in project management tools and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia (preferred) Strong analytical and organizational skills Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and efficiency Seniority level
