Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s ERP strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead ERP projects including implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define ERP roadmaps and digital transformation plans
• Evaluate new ERP technologies and solutions to keep up to date the current landscapes
• Manage internal ERP teams, including functional and technical consultants
• Oversee external consultants and partners to ensure performance and delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business units and IT
• Lead end-to-end ERP projects (planning, budgeting, resource allocation, execution, and closure)
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Oversee system configuration, customization, integration, and testing
• Supervise data migration and system conversion tasks
• Manage ERP support and maintenance (e.g., break / fix, patches, upgrades)
• Optimize licensing, infrastructure, and consulting spend
• Ensure system meets audit, regulatory, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
• Define and enforce ERP governance standards and documentation
• Act as the point of contact for ERP-related decisions and escalations
