Your Mission Hello there and welcome to your new challenge here at Sungrow.

We want you to help us provide the MENA region with more clean energy for residential and utility projects.

Interface between our customers and Sungrow.

Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.

Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.

Run diagnosis on errors or technical problems.

Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.

Perform all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks, as well as upgrades or rework activities.

Support the Project Management during commissioning and site acceptance services.

Follow operational procedures, processes, and practices as defined, documented, and consistently applied.

Follow applicable health and safety instructions and regulations.

Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions, and processes for existing and upcoming service contracts and agreements.

Support MENA Service Management by providing frequent and analytical service reports with each job and suggest corrective actions.

Achieve consistent customer satisfaction ratings and respond appropriately to customer feedback on areas for improvement.

Prepare documentation and work instructions (in English).

Participate in claim management and RMA processes.

Document QA, customer feedback, and analysis support.

Take over on-call duties, partly on weekends and nights.

These requirements apply to both residential and utility projects.

Your Profile

Education as an Electrical Technician or Engineer.

Experience in Energy Storage Systems.

Experience with Battery Storage solutions is beneficial.

Experience in claim handling, solution finding, and execution.

Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.

Ability to work independently and structured in an international environment.

Strong customer orientation, good discipline, team spirit, and self-motivation.

Language requirement : English.

Good knowledge of MS Office and similar software tools.

Driving license.

Based in Saudi Arabia (VISA support provided).

Willing to work on-call and travel locally and regionally.

Work from home office.
