We are looking for a Head of Finance to supervise all financial tasks of our company and ensure we use capital and resources beneficially
Responsibilities
- Develops finance strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction
- Provide useful financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing business strategy
- Reporting to senior management accounts of the company and associated reporting and analysis including the Company's balance sheet, comprehensive statement of income and commentary on key movements
- Monitor banking activities of the organization
- Ensure adequate cash is available to meet the organization's needs
- Reporting quarterly and annually audited financials along with prudential report to SAMA Ensuring compliance with company policies & procedures, local (SAMA, SOCPA), regional and corporate reporting requirements (IFRS & IAS). Conduct profit and cost analyses
- Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
