Senior Director for Concept Design (Vertical Assets) : define and implement design processes, protocols, and quality standards across all phases (Concept to Delivery); establish a design governance framework aligned with corporate development goals; lead the integration of design thinking into business planning and investment strategies; design and oversee large-scale, mixed-use developments including residential, hospitality, retail, office, and public spaces. Responsibilities

Define and implement design processes, protocols, and quality standards across all phases (Concept to Delivery) Establish a design governance framework aligned with corporate development goals Lead the integration of design thinking into business planning and investment strategies Design and oversee large-scale, mixed-use developments including residential, hospitality, retail, office, and public spaces Deep understanding of hotel brand standards, operator requirements, and guest experience design Coordinate with hospitality consultants (lighting, F&B, wellness, back-of-house workflows) Technical knowledge of environmental constraints, remediation, and ground condition challenges Set up and manage design workflows, review checkpoints, and documentation standards Drive BIM implementation and digital collaboration standards across internal and external teams Ensure design compliance with local / international codes, fire safety, accessibility, and ESG criteria 15-18+ years total, with : 5–10 years in director-level roles Significant exposure to mixed-use, hospitality, and brownfield redevelopment Experience in both design firms and client / developer-side roles is ideal. Qualifications
