Overview

Master-Works is seeking a forward-thinking Data Analytics professional to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to uncover valuable insights that drive business strategies and operational improvements. Your expertise in data analysis will play a vital role in enhancing our data-driven culture and informing decision-making processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
Develop and implement analytical models to evaluate business performance
Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that summarize findings and insights for stakeholders
Work closely with teams to determine data needs and provide analytical solutions
Use statistical methods to derive insights and predict future trends
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through rigorous validation and quality checks
Communicate analytical results effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field

2+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics

Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experience with data modeling

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences
