Muhimma is seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales
Representative to expand its footprint in the data and insights
industry. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by
managing the end-to-end sales process, while collaborating with
cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients in
the Middle East. Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain strong
relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a deep
understanding of their business needs and challenges. Manage all
stages of the sales funnel : lead generation, qualification,
proposal, negotiation, and closing. Track and report on key sales
metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue
targets. Use HubSpot CRM to track client interactions, manage the
sales cycle, and forecast revenue. Present Muhimma’s
services—including Market Research, Data Analytics, and the
Technology Platform—in a way that demonstrates clear value and ROI
to clients. Collaborate with marketing, product, and research teams
to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts to close deals that support both client needs
and company revenue targets. Stay updated on market trends,
competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new
opportunities and inform service enhancements. Requirements :
Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in data
analytics, market research, or technology-driven solutions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and
Arabic. Strong ability to understand customer challenges and
propose solutions. Proficiency in CRM tools, especially HubSpot.
Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets in a remote
environment. Nice to Have : Experience with SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with AI-driven insights and business intelligence
tools. Prior remote work experience.
