Training Program Design & Development Develop comprehensive training curricula and materials on digital transformation concepts and technologies Tailor content to meet the needs of diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement Training Delivery & Facilitation Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars using both in-person and virtual platforms Utilize innovative teaching methods and digital tools to enhance learning outcomes Assessment & Continuous Improvement Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics Continuously update and refine training content based on emerging industry trends and learner needs Mentorship & Support Provide ongoing guidance and support to trainees, helping them apply digital transformation strategies effectively Develop post-training resources to ensure continued learning and practical application of skills Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with internal teams and business leaders to align training initiatives with organizational goals Share insights and best practices to drive overall digital transformation efforts Qualifications & Skills

Over 10 years of experience in training, specifically in digital transformation or related fields Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs in complex technical environments Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Education, or a related field Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus Deep understanding of digital transformation concepts, tools, and best practices Familiarity with digital learning platforms and collaboration tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an accessible manner Strong facilitation, mentoring, and leadership skills Ability to adjust training approaches based on audience feedback and evolving industry trends
