Overview
Serve as JCSA’s brand marketing specialist, responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality brand communications across all channels and venues. The role combines campaign planning, bilingual (Arabic & English) content development, merchandise management, and brand guardianship, while also supporting design production processes, stakeholder collaboration, and event activations. The aim is to strengthen JCSA’s positioning as a leading racing and lifestyle destination, increase awareness and engagement, and support commercial growth across ticketing, membership, hospitality, auctions, and merchandise, with a particular focus on the Saudi Cup and Riyadh / Taif Racing Seasons. Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Management
Plan and execute brand campaigns for major JCSA events and seasons. Ensure consistent application of brand architecture, visual identity, and tone of voice across digital, print, venue branding, and corporate collateral. Act as a liaison between JCSA and agencies / suppliers to ensure robust briefing, timely production, and on-budget delivery of creative assets. Coordinate production of Raceday advertising, signage, racebooks, IPTV, menus, accreditation, sales materials, hospitality collateral, and marketing booths. Content Development
Write and adapt bilingual (Arabic & English) copy for campaigns, social media, newsletters, press releases, websites, merchandise, and event materials. Proofread and review Arabic and English copy across all outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of tone. Support marketing communication plans for the Saudi Cup, Riyadh, and Taif seasons through compelling messaging and storytelling. Manage messaging, branding, and promotional copy for JCSA merchandise. Support the development of branded collateral for F&B, events, and venues (menus, signage, point-of-sale displays). Work with suppliers to deliver high-quality, on-brand merchandise that supports both brand visibility and revenue. Creative & Production Oversight
Brief photographers, source imagery, and manage photoshoots to ensure brand alignment. Collaborate with designers (internal and agency) on campaign and collateral production. Liaise with printers on technical requirements, oversee print jobs and press checks, and dispatch materials via validation services. Repurpose / adapt creative toolkits to support campaigns across OOH, digital, and print. Manage venue environmental branding and wayfinding to enhance the guest experience. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work with Events Operations to create branded activations that elevate the customer’s experience. Partner with F&B team to ensure menus and presentation materials reflect brand values. Collaborate with Racing Operations to promote sport credibly while maintaining integrity. Provide brand-related support to HR in embedding customer-oriented culture and brand values internally. Monitor budgets for brand production and merchandise, track expenditure, and report variances. Ensure compliance with JCSA financial and procurement policies. Report to the Marketing Manager on activity progress, campaign performance, issues, and opportunities; provide regular and ad-hoc updates for decision-making. Support change initiatives and continuous improvement in processes, systems, and practices. Contribute to fostering an inclusive, professional, and collaborative workplace culture. Promote and maintain JCSA’s reputation through ethical and professional conduct. Undertake any additional assignments or projects requested by the Marketing Manager to support JCSA’s marketing and brand objectives. Contribute flexibly across the marketing team during peak seasons and major events such as the Saudi Cup, Riyadh and Taif Racing Seasons. Required Education
