Key Responsibilities – Category Management, Merchandising, and Product Optimization

Category Strategy Development : Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to develop effective category plans that align with Nice one’s business objectives and growth targets.

Assortment Planning : Curate, evaluate, and optimize the product range within assigned categories to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Inventory Management : Collaborate with the procurement and inventory teams to monitor stock levels, minimize out-of-stock and excess inventory, and ensure availability aligns with demand forecasts.

Promotions and Pricing : Support the creation of category-specific promotional strategies, pricing recommendations, and seasonal campaigns to drive sales and meet key performance indicators.

Supplier and Vendor Coordination : Liaise with suppliers and vendors to maintain strong relationships, monitor product performance, and ensure ongoing category competitiveness.

Data Analysis and Reporting : Track category performance through regular reporting, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, content, and operations teams to align category initiatives and support successful product launches.

Required Skills and Qualifications – Retail Category Management, Data Analysis, and Product Assortment

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in category management, merchandising, or product management within an e-commerce or retail environment.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis using spreadsheets, business intelligence tools, or relevant analytics platforms.

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
