Risk & Change Manager

About the Role

Surbana Jurong (SJ) Group is scaling a future‑fit PMO across the Middle East. We’re building a talent bench of Risk & Change leaders who can translate uncertainty into strategy and drive disciplined change across complex programs.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate risk workshops; own registers, RBS, and QRA (cost & schedule).
• Run Change Control Boards , impact assessments, approvals, and baselining.
• Publish dashboards (KRIs, exposure trends, P50 / P80) and brief stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal / external audits, close findings with measurable improvements.
• Coach teams on BMS and uplift maturity through training and playbooks.

What You’ll Bring

Nice to Have

PMP; PMI‑RMP / MoR; Prosci / CMBoK; Arabic; EVM integration.

Where You’ll Work

Hybrid | Riyadh (KSA) with collaboration across KSA & UAE; periodic client-site travel.
