Cybersecurity GRC Lead

Lead the organization’s Cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance programs by driving related regulatory compliance, overseeing risk mitigation efforts, ensuring asset protection, and fostering a strong culture of cybersecurity awareness across the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, review, and updating of Cybersecurity GRC policies and procedures to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Conduct and oversee Cybersecurity GRC risk assessments, analyzing risks and defining mitigation strategies.

Ensure effective implementation of Cybersecurity GRC controls and provide detailed reports on their performance.

Drive cybersecurity awareness by organizing training sessions and leading awareness campaigns across the organization.

Lead incident response activities, including coordination, containment, documentation, and post-incident analysis.

Oversee continuous monitoring of security systems and ensure timely response to potential threats.

Evaluate third-party vendors’ cybersecurity compliance and ensure proper governance of external risks.

Lead Cybersecurity GRC compliance assessments, identify gaps, and coordinate with departments to align cybersecurity initiatives with organizational objectives.

Job Specifications

Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in relevant field.
