Overview

The Manager – CSR & Sustainability will be responsible for executing CSR programs and supporting sustainability initiatives aligned with the organization's priorities. The role involves hands-on program management, data tracking, compliance support, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of initiatives that create social and environmental value.

Qualifications

The ideal Manager – CSR & Sustainability in a retail company should have 5-7 years of progressive experience in CSR / Sustainability. Proven success in driving high level cross functional collaboration, enhancing customer engagement, and achieving & exceeding sales KPI targets for stores.
