Senior Consultant, Oracle EPM

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for leading the full-cycle implementation, ongoing support, and continuous enhancement of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. The consultant will work directly with stakeholders across Finance and Operations to align business requirements with system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as PBCS / EPBCS, FCCS, and ARCS, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live.
• Collaborate with business users and internal teams to ensure requirements are captured, validated, and implemented effectively.
• Configure and manage Oracle EPM applications (e.g., Planning, Financial Consolidation, and Reporting) to meet business requirements.
• Designing and deploying request workflows, validations, subscriptions, and data synchronisation mappings.
• Ensure seamless data integration using tools like Data Management / Data Integration and FDMEE.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for Oracle EPM as part of continuous improvement.
• Conduct testing, user training, workshops, and knowledge transfer.
• Supporting testing cycles, change control, and post-go-live operations.
• Advising on Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and new EDMCS features.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards.
• Align implementation with industry best practices, project governance frameworks, and organizational standards.
