الوصف الوظيفيManage multiple projects concurrently and ensure at least 90% of assignments are delivered on time before deadlines. Develop new creative ideas and design approaches to enhance the originality and impact of multimedia outputs. Stay open to experimentation with new tools, techniques, and design concepts. Respond to urgent tasks or design modifications outside normal working hours, maintaining a 90% responsiveness rate. Support the team during high-priority or last-minute project needs. Work collaboratively with designers, marketers, and project managers to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Maintain professionalism and adaptability during high pressure situations or rapid project changes. Continuously learn and adapt to new software, tools, and design trends. Show initiative in improving personal skills and contributing to team growth. Maintain a sharp eye for aesthetics, layout, and color harmony. Regularly research and apply the latest design trends to keep deliverables fresh and relevant. Proven experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, or related creative roles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar tools. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical ability, and attention to detail. Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple deadlines. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work beyond regular hours when needed. Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or related field is a plus.
The Multimedia Designer is responsible for creating engaging and visually compelling multimedia content that supports brand and communication objectives. This includes designing animations, videos, motion graphics, and digital assets that capture attention and convey messages effectively. The role requires creativity, adaptability, and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
