Architectural Drafter

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter with at least 5 years of experience working in engineering consultancy offices. The ideal candidate should be proficient in architectural drafting software, possess strong attention to detail, and have a solid understanding of the Saudi Building Code and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and technical plans using AutoCAD , Revit , and other design software.
• Translate architectural concepts and sketches into accurate and clear technical drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical teams to ensure design compatibility.
• Review drawings to ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code and relevant standards.
• Develop plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings for construction projects.
• Assist in the preparation of design presentations and project documentation.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback from architects and engineers.
• Maintain proper organization and filing of project drawings and documents.
• Prepare schedules for architectural elements such as doors and windows.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure accuracy and design integrity.
