Knowledge, Skills & Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems .
• Experience in supervising hard services facility maintenance and operations
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Project management skills for planning and executing hard service projects.
