Senior Project Manager

700Apps is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our innovative team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of projects, driving them to successful completion while ensuring they meet strategic objectives and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.

Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans that outline key activities, milestones, resources, and timelines.

Monitor project performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful execution.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project objectives.

Facilitate project meetings, providing updates and insights to stakeholders while addressing concerns and feedback.

Document project progress, changes, and lessons learned to maintain comprehensive records.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.

At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the software development sector.

Proven experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and make decisions.

PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.

Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with project management tools and software.
