Planning Engineer

A highly skilled Planning Engineer with around 10 years of proven experience in the construction industry, primarily from a contractor’s background. Responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives, and supporting project teams in achieving timely and cost-effective delivery.

Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using industry-standard planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).
• Develop baseline programs, resource-loaded schedules, and cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor progress, analyze deviations, and provide recovery plans to mitigate delays.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders to ensure effective schedule control.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and highlight risks, delays, and opportunities.
• Assist in preparing extension of time (EOT) claims and supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project specifications.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and advise management on potential impacts.
