ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking a Bid & Contract Officer to join our team. This role involves drafting and managing contracts, preparing proposals, and reviewing legal documents. You will ensure compliance, coordinate with teams, and mitigate risks.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit technical and financial proposals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect necessary data and information.
- Analyze tender documents and client requirements to develop competitive solutions.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of all proposals.
- Review and maintain proposal documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
- Manage government tenders and submissions through the Etimad Platform.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.Fluent in English and Arabic.0-2 years of experience in bid management and contract administration.Technical Skills
Contract Drafting & Review.Legal & Compliance Knowledge.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.Basic knowledge of the Etemad platform.Soft Skills
